The 38th National Games witnessed an electrifying start to the Mountain Biking XCT (Cross-Country Time Trial) Finals at the scenic Sattal Christian Ashram, Sattal. With a challenging XCO course and fierce competition, the first day of the event showcased sheer endurance, speed, and determination from top cyclists across the country.

Men’s Elite XCT Final
In the men’s elite category, Khushiman Gharti from SSCB delivered an outstanding performance, clinching the gold medal with a remarkable timing of 00:42:56.221. Kharisking Adonis Tangpu of Manipur followed closely, securing silver at 00:44:07.348, while Kamlesh Rana from SSCB took home the bronze with a timing of 00:45:59.030.

Women’s Elite XCT Final
